Our story begins in a hair salon, with the scent of hairspray, the hum of dryers and the conversations that have brought people together for generations. Robert Tomczyk grew up in this world – his father was a hairdresser, so respect for the craft and for work at the chair is something he took from home.
For over 40 years Robert has lived and breathed the concerns of hairdressers, with a deep understanding of their daily challenges, dreams and needs. When the vision of creating something exceptional appeared, he did not act alone. He brought into building the brand what he values most: his whole family and his closest friends.

Since 2019 we have been creating SERUM.EU together with the people who stand at the chair every day — stylists, colourists and authorities in the art of hairdressing. They know best how a mixture, a pigment and hair should behave. Their voices shape our formulas, and we make sure those formulas are stable, accessible, safe for the skin and kind to the planet.
We work with natural, vegan formulas, and our cosmetics are made in certified production facilities in Poland and Italy. We aim to reduce the use of virgin raw materials, which is why our packaging is made from recycled aluminium as well as glass.
We deliver professional cosmetics that are efficient and affordable. We genuinely support the salons that work with us, which is why our products reach the customer first and foremost exclusively through hairdressers.
SERUM.EU is a brand for those who choose consciously — who pay attention to ingredients and care for their hair and the environment without giving up on results.
